Because the powdered sugar has a propensity to attach to the sides of the bowl, this is a bit of a nuisance to clean up.

As an added bonus, there is milk.

To be honest, you could go through the entire pastry bag and digging in your drawer to locate the exact Ateco tip thing.

In order to do this, I utilized a tiny Ziploc bag.

IMPORTANT: Check to see that the rolls have totally cooled before storing them.

Use any thick white frosting for this, however I really enjoy the pure, faultless glossiness that this icing has.

St Pierre brioche buns and rolls to be sold at Costco

MANCHESTER, ENGLAND (Reuters) – As a result of a new distribution arrangement signed with St Pierre Groupe, the European baking specialist will be positioned as one of the leading retail bakery suppliers in the United States, according to the company. Beginning in early May, the company will introduce its Brioche Burger Buns and Brioche Hot Dog Rolls at 57 Costco warehouse stores in Northern California, expanding its distribution network. As part of the company’s cooperation with the store, both goods will be packaged together for the first time, resulting in a Costco-specific club pack for members.

St Pierre will now be available for purchase in more than 10% of the chain’s locations, resulting in a major rise in distribution for the European brand.

“The entry into Costco signifies a watershed moment in our company’s history,” said Paul Baker, the company’s founder and CEO.

However, we believe that there is still significant room for growth.
