Place the dough in a lightly greased mixing basin. Turn the dough ball once more to ensure that the entire surface is coated with oil. Place a tightly woven moist cloth over the dough and let it to rise until it has doubled in size, about one hour. Using a small coating of oil, spread the dough out onto your work area. Divide the mixture into 18 equal portions. This is accomplished most easily by first dividing the dough into thirds, then splitting those thirds into half, and finally dividing the halves into thirds
