Cooking With Dealcoholized Wine
Dealcoholization alters the taste and “texture” of the wine, and as a result, the majority of these wines are sweeter in flavor. There is no way to substitute them for alcohol in a 1:1 ratio when it comes to cooking. But keep in mind that if you don’t care for the flavor of a wine, you’re unlikely to care for a meal that has been flavored with that wine.
